We build a custom online ordering system into your existing website. You manage your online ordering activity through your
Meals on the Run (MOTR) Dashboard. By connecting your customers to a fast and hassle-free ordering process, you are
providing greater customer convenience as well as improving the flow of your business as a whole. Customers will no
longer have to call in, be put on hold, deal with "he said, she said" mistakes or wait for long periods of time for
to-go orders to be ready. Online ordering is a much faster, cost effective and efficient way of expediting orders and
increasing sales for your business.
Once we set up your custom online ordering system, then we train you and your staff on how to use the program.
The Support Team works behind the scenes to monitor your activity and ensure that all orders are flowing properly
and efficiently. MOTR provides incomparable quality customer service like no other online ordering service can.
Meals on the Run has a low initial set up fee followed by a small monthly credit card processing fee, and options on
how you pay per ticket.

Credit Card Processing

Menus
-We give you the flexibility to have different menus throughout the year.
Menu Changes
-Four per year (quarterly)
-Other than specials, all menu options and pricing are programmed into your website.
Any changes can be submitted to our Support Team and we will reprogram them for you. Your MOTR Dashboard
gives you the ability change/manage specials daily.
Multiple Locations/Chains
-We can develop different templates for different business locations.
Troubleshooting
-The Support Team monitors your incoming orders.
If your computer has not picked up an order within 30 minutes of the order being placed
(if for some reason you lost internet connection), MOTR emails the customer to inform them that there is a
question about their order and asks them to please contact the restaurant at the provided store number ASAP.
Website
-If you do not currently have a website, we can arrange to create one
for you for an additional cost.
Computer
-If you do not currently have a laptop or PC to use at your
business for your online orders, you can choose the Set Up Package that includes a laptop.
