Can we control the number of orders during our busiest times?
Yes, MOTR allows you to manage the number of orders you can take at specific times throughout the day. You also have the ability to stop taking orders at any given time and resume taking orders when you are ready.
Can I change menu prices?
Yes, with MOTR you have the ability to change your daily special prices on your own at any given time. The MOTR Support Team will manage all other changes for you. You have four menu changes per year (quarterly). Any additional changes will be billed at an hourly rate.
Can I change the daily specials?
Yes, MOTR allows you to change your daily specials on your own at any given time.
What if we run out of our daily special(s)?
MOTR allows you to edit your daily special(s) on your own at any given time.
What if I have a question about an order?
The customer must provide a name and number to complete their order.
What if the customer doesn't show up?
The customer is required to pay online at the time of the order. If the customer does not show up, it will be at no cost to you because they will have already paid.
Can I look up an old order?
Yes, with MOTR you have the ability to look up all previous completed orders at any given time.
Can I see orders for upcoming days?
Yes, MOTR allows you to see upcoming orders up to one week out.
Can I see upcoming orders from home?
Yes, once you sign up with MOTR you will be able to manage your online orders from any computer to which you have downloaded your MOTR Dashboard.
Can I charge an online processing fee?
Yes, when your custom template is designed, a processing fee can be programmed into the checkout price.
What is the cost of Meals on the Run?
